Herd's model 96 & 160 PTO-driven spreaders mount to your Cat. I three-point hitch. Model 96 features a 200 lb (3.75 cu. ct.) hopper, while the 160 has a 320 lb. (6.25 cu. ft.) hopper. Both hoppers are made from 22 gauge galvanized steel.

These can spread from 2 lbs. to 500 lbs. per acre by adjusting control handles. Rotating agitator ensures even feeding and corrrosion resistant aluminum lapover fan creates an even spread pattern.

Both models feature sealed bearing in hopper and grease fittings at other friction points. Optional 18" hopper extension adds either 128 lbs. of capacity (I-92) or 240 lb. of capacity (F-160).
